Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange

We allow exchanges within 3 days of receiving the item, provided:

  • Item is unused
  • In original packaging
  • No damage

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Worn or damaged products
  • Customized or special-order items

3. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method through ToyyibPay or Stripe within 7–14 working days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective.
